【鉅亨網劉季清 綜合外電】微軟(MSFT-US)執行長史蒂夫．鮑曼（Steve Ballmer）上週五(23日)突然宣布將於一年之內退休，消息一出，微軟的市值大漲了將近200億美元。《路透社》專欄作家賽然(Robert Cyran)撰文指出，這顯現出投資人有多想要看到微軟改變政策路線，微軟應該要回歸最初，淘汰「什麼都嘗試」這種燒錢方針，才能有扳回一城的機會。
