〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕台鐵新購EMU800型通勤列車，第1批、共16輛列車於今天上午8時許運抵基隆港西碼頭。台鐵共購入37列車組296輛，台鐵表示，第1批列車完成相關測試後，明年春節就可以投入營運。
