〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕氣象局指出，因應第15號康芮颱風可能對台灣構成威脅，將於今(27)日傍晚啟動飛機投落送觀測，預計下午5時由台中清泉崗機場起飛，進行約6小時的觀測。
