〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕市府消費者服務中心說，對於胖達人麵包所提出退費方案無法接受之消費者，可撥打「1950」消費者服務專線將提供諮詢協助。由於胖達人麵包總公司在台北市，目前台北市政府願意協助受害消費者超過20人以上移請消基會進行後續團體訴訟部分，請消費者備具相關求償資料，市府將協助提供台北市政府統一處理。
