〔記者王同成／雲林報導〕立委李應元表示，一個星期中，潭美颱風與康芮颱風連續重擊雲林地區，淹水情形一次比一次嚴重，他勘察災情後認為淹水已危及到生命安全，治水預算不能再拖了。昨日行政院陳威仁秘書長承諾，一個月內提出急迫區治水方案，這樣的承諾都可能有都有點慢了，他要求縮短至十五天內就提出，巿區淹水沒有解決，雲林人的抗爭誓不罷休。
