〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕外電報導，美國總統歐巴馬公布情資報告，內容表示「高度確信」敘利亞政權上周使用化學武器造成民眾死傷；外交部31日發出聲明譴責任何以暴力及非人道方式傷害平民的行為，同時呼籲敘利亞政府及反抗陣營以和平方式解決國內政治紛爭；外交部表示，基於人道考量，已提供50座組合屋、5 輛全新全配備的救護車供救助敘利亞難民使用。
