〔生活中心／綜合報導〕北台灣今（31）天午後豪雨狂倒水，台鐵表示，基隆車站1、2、3股水淹過軌面，基隆站列車暫時無法進出，且七堵=四腳亭間的西正線，不但水也淹過軌面，暖暖陸橋邊坡更有土石流滑落，必須暫時封鎖，影響列車都必須等水退之後再開。
