〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕失能者因為老化、疾病或意外，而失去自主照顧的能力，洗澡對他們來說就像是個夢，身為長照家屬的林美秀表示，失能者照顧是個很大的社會問題，卻因為大家的有限了解而常常被忽略，如今長照者能夠透過專業人員得到幫助，希望能藉由大眾的支持，讓更多弱勢失能者家庭得到溫暖支柱，解決失能者的照護問題。
