〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕胖達人被踢爆「假天然」使用人工香精，涉嫌廣告不實，再度引爆國內食品安全議題，衛生福利部部長邱文達今（4）天首度針對胖達人事件公開發言，強調「不會有下一個胖達人」，肯定台北市政府這次開罰做的好，也支持要提出團體訴訟，他強調，新食管法年底將上路，要求成分標示「全都露」，有信心杜絕類似事件。
