施正鋒：馬挾持民意　逼王金平就範

【綜合報導】立法院長王金平身陷關說風暴，政治生命恐怕就此終結。馬總統親自上火線，直言無法接受王金平的「來電解釋」，痛批「如果這不是關說、那什麼才叫作『關說』？」施正鋒坦言，馬總統很明顯的要以民意，來逼迫抗拒帝王行政的國會議長就範。

東華大學民族發展與社會工作學系教授施正鋒，今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《院長被拔 王金平甘心嗎》一文中表示，王金平增額立委出身，一向與人為善、廣結善緣，在前總統李登輝下台後，被公推為國民黨本土派的精神領袖。民進黨執政8年時間，也與扁政府相敬如賓，一度遭黨內保守派猜忌；馬英九政權上台後，王金平拒用警察權壓制在野黨，不願配合執政黨把立法院恢復為戒嚴時期的立法局，讓外界料想，「馬王對決」是早晚的事，只是卻沒人想到來的那麼快。
