【鉅亨網記者胡薏文 台北】市場憂心王金平院長大位不保，恐影響生技新藥產業發展條例立法進度，早盤嚇趴生技股，本波領漲的智擎(4162-TW)、醣聯(4168-TW)早盤均湧現賣壓，一度打至跌停，上市生技指數重挫2.7%，上櫃生技指數盤中跌幅更逾3.3%，成為「馬王政爭」下的重災區。
