〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕台股10日早盤就站上8200點，午盤後中小型股跌勢加重，收斂漲幅至0.2%，以8208.77點作收，成交量放大到877.02億元。保德信金平衡基金經理人廖炳焜表示，台股進入「多事之秋」，外在因素面臨9月中旬美國FOMC會後可能宣布QE將逐步減量退場、美國恐將出兵敘利亞等紛擾；內則有總統與立法院長的政治紛爭，添增盤勢不安定因素。
