【鉅亨網編譯潘天佑　綜合外電】歐洲議會預料周三將表決通過，對利用食用作物提煉而成的生質燃料，訂出使用比率上限。而歐洲議員更批評現行的補貼政策，鼓勵業者放棄生產食物，而將土地用做生產生質燃料作物，這將產生「間接改變土地用途」(indirect land use change，ILUC) 效應，對環境及社會都會產生負面的影響。
