【鉅亨網記者蔡宗憲 台北】證交所指出，金管會日前宣布自今年9月23日起開放所有得為融資融券證券平盤下融券及借券賣出，此措施將使我國證券市場交易機制更健全，共記有1200多檔股票、臺灣存託憑證(TDR)及ETF可供操作。
