〔記者葉志堅／台北報導〕國民黨「九月政爭」將進入第二回合法律戰！雖然立法院長王金平獲得台北地方法院裁准假處分聲請，暫時保住黨籍身分職權，但國民黨方面隨即提出抗告，相關卷宗已在今（18）日上午9點05分左右送抵高院，預計在今天下午就會完成分案作業。不過為了確保公正性，王金平委任律師許英傑表示，希望高院能比照其他重大案件，以公開抽籤方式進行分案。
