〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕中央氣象局指出，天兔颱風在今天(18日)清晨2時位在台灣東南東方約1200公里海面上，持續朝西的方向往巴士海峽移動，明天中秋節起的天氣會開始有明顯變化，另外，最快可能在明天發布海上颱風警報，另外，由於天兔移動速度緩慢，也不排除增強為中颱。
