溪邊烤肉溺水 1男無生命跡象

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣19日電）苗栗一對夫妻趁中秋假期帶父母、小孩到獅潭鄉溪邊烤肉戲水，發生溺水意外，丈夫在水中滑倒，被救起時已無生命跡象。
苗栗縣消防局中午11時左右接獲報案指稱，獅潭鄉永興村永興橋下有人溺水，現場2人溺水，消防人員到場時2名溺者癱軟在岸邊，其中1名男子已無生命跡象。
經初步了解，38歲劉姓男子趁中秋假期帶父母、妻子、兒女一家3代6口一起到溪邊烤肉，劉男為看顧戲水的兒子走入溪中，因石頭濕滑踩空跌倒嗆水，妻子見狀奮不顧身下水營救，也慘遭溺水。
劉男母親發現後，找來竹竿救起2人，但劉男情況危急，送醫時已無呼吸心跳。1020919
