〔生活中心／綜合報導〕天兔颱風來襲適逢大潮，為避免淹水及海水倒灌導致民眾財產損失，高公局封閉國道3號北上屏東大鵬灣端至林邊交流道路段，供車輛停放於路肩，臨時避難。另為避免海水倒灌擴大災害，屏東縣滿州鄉九棚村已於上午10點進行預防性撤村。
