蔬果殘留農藥抽驗 家樂福甜椒農藥超標

【沈能元／台北報導】又有量販店蔬果殘留農藥超飆！北市衛生局今公布8月抽驗生鮮蔬果殘留農藥結果，共抽驗59件產品，檢驗結果2件蔬果殘留農藥，殘留比率為3.39％。殘留農藥產品為家樂福桂林分公司販售的甜椒，以及有源菓菜行販售的青椒。衛生局表示，已要求販售業者將產品下架，違規生產業者將依《食品衛生管理法》處6萬至1500萬元罰鍰。醫師表示，蔬果應以清水沖洗2至3遍，以去除殘留農藥。 衛生局食品藥物管理處表示，2件殘留農藥蔬果分別是家樂福桂林分公司的甜椒，殘留農藥殺菌劑嘉保信（Oxycarboxin）0.07 ppm（parts per million，百萬分之一濃度），標準為0.01 ppm以下，以及有源菓菜行的青椒，含農藥殺菌劑待克利（Difenoconazole）0.08 ppm，標準是不得檢出。 台大醫院腎臟科醫師姜至剛說，颱風過後農民搶種、搶收蔬果，建議清洗蔬菜時應去除外葉，接著用流動的自來水沖洗2至3遍，再浸泡15分鐘，可有助於去除殘餘的農藥。
