〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕鑑於電價日益飆漲，同時為充分利用台南市日照，發展太陽光電再生能源之地方特色，落實節能減碳之目標，市府工務局特別頒訂「臺南市建築物屋頂設置太陽光電設施辦法」，針對屋頂設置太陽光電設施者，放寬高度限高為4.5公尺以下，可免計入建築物高度，而3公尺以下者可免申請雜項執照，節省民眾荷包。
