〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕台積電27日宣佈，主導研究發展的執行副總經理暨共同營運長蔣尚義博士預計在今年10月31日退休，研究發展組織自今年11月1日起，將直接對董事長暨執行長張忠謀負責。
