立院總機爆遭監聽　蘇貞昌：非常可恥

【綜合報導】立法院總機傳出遭特偵組監聽，民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天上午赴台中洲際棒球場，他痛批總統馬英九，沒有民主素養，「非常可恥」。

蘇貞昌指出，用違憲亂政的手段，干涉司法介入個案，「馬總統不但無能、政績做不出來，更是完全沒有民主素養，沒有憲政規範的信念，更違背他的就職誓言」、「覺得非常可恥」。

檢察總長黃世銘日前提供與柯建銘相關的4張監聽票，柯建銘事後一一回撥查證「同案者」，赫然發現「102年度聲監字第○○○五二七」中的一支被監聽號碼「0972630235」，傳出是立法院總機。
