〔國際中心／綜合報導〕「聯合國跨政府氣象變遷專門委員會」(IPCC)27日於瑞典發布最新報告指出，若人類繼續不減碳，世紀末時全球均溫恐升溫4.8度，不僅加速北極與南極海冰與冰河融化，海平面最高也會上升0.97公尺，專家預測，到時台灣恐會有10%的面積將會被淹沒。
