〔記者王叡嫻／台北報導〕國軍精粹案將在103年底完成，會大幅縮減兵力到21萬5千人，國防部部長嚴明今日透露，國軍的兵力結構將會「變動幅度很大」，會先從高司單位做裁減，已安排專案小組做評估，預計明年三月公佈，104年開始實施。
