〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕10月開始受東北季風影響，中部地區沿海空曠地帶出現強陣風，局部地區引發河川揚塵，造成即時懸浮微粒濃度驟升。臺中市政府環保局已機動調派洗街車應變、啟動LED電子看板通報網、要求流域周邊營建工地、砂石場落實防制措施，以降低懸浮微粒濃度，確保民眾健康。
