〔政治中心／台北報導〕中颱菲特來勢洶洶，氣象局認為，如路徑無太大變化，將在下午2時30分發布陸上颱風警報，預估5日晚間與6日全日，將是菲特最接近台灣的時候，目前中央災害應變中心已經開設，總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺關注中颱菲特的防颱準備及應變，預定在下午4時前往中央災害應變中心視察。
