〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕中颱菲特接近，氣象局5日下午2時30分發布陸上颱風警報，經濟部災害緊急應變小組啟動全面聯防，配合陸上颱風警報發布提升為一級開設，水利署署長楊偉甫已要求轄下各河川局及水資源局加強抽水機、防汛器材及河川、排水、海堤、水門、抽水站等水利建造物巡防工作，針對防汛缺口、破堤施工及在建工程備妥防汛搶險及應變措施，並與地方政府密切聯繫，做好萬全戒備，全力防颱；石門水庫也下午1時30分實施調節性排洪。
