（軍聞社記者林宜慶宜蘭五日電）日前因公殉職的國防部勤務部隊指揮部林逢春上士，今天舉行隆重公祭典禮，國防部副部長嚴德發上將特別代表部長嚴明，追晉林上士為陸軍士官長，並頒授「旌忠狀」、「陸光乙種獎章」，表彰其勇於任事、忠誠負責的盡職表現。
