〔財經中心／台北報導〕因應菲特颱風來襲，台北市政府6日宣布，配合水利署決定，上午10時起開始關閉疏散門，並在上午11時開始拖吊未駛離河川區的車輛，下午1時將疏散門全部關閉，請車主立即將車輛駛離河川區域，以免受罰。
