〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕處於民眾抗爭階段的台南鐵路地下化工程，8日前台南縣長蘇煥智等民進黨人士，又公開提出「高架化」主張，並強調行政院核定版本，不是沒有更改的前例，建議市府認真考慮高架化之議。鐵工局則回應表示，高架化須多增加土地徵收及民房拆除面積，總經費約需450~500億元，目前預計的293億元無法完成。
