【方翊倩／綜合報導】今晨6時許，公投護台灣聯盟抗議民眾，在立法院拉起布條抗議，大聲怒吼要求馬英九下台，與警方爆發激烈肢體衝突。

《壹電視》報導，抗議民眾今早6時突襲翻牆進立法院，將立法院的國旗拆下，換上分別是台灣國、今天拆大埔明天拆政府以及反核的3面旗幟。抗議民眾欲衝入立法院，現場逾200警力制止，雙方互相拉扯，爆發肢體衝突。
