〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕一名建築工人在溫州甌江邊的一處住宅前澆水，該樓盤的價格與高峰期相比已經「腰斬」。 針對溫州有1.5萬套房產斷供的傳言，溫州銀監分局回應稱，到7月底對轄區內42家銀行業金融機構的調查結果顯示，「斷供房」即「棄房」現象的確存在，但數量可控。
