〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕馬英九總統今（10）日在102年國慶大典中表示，台灣過去在民主化的道路上建立公民社會，現在要在民主中實踐公民社會，以建立優質民主，他並強調「司法獨立、公正」，而他身為總統首要，就是要「遵守憲法、落實憲政」。
