龍寶寶退燒　醫師憂今年新生兒將減2成

【張博亭／台北報導】北市聯合醫院和平婦幼院區醫務長林陳立今表示，市聯醫體系今年的國慶寶寶數量預估僅7到8人，僅約去年5成，推測全台今年的總出生數將比去年少20%，大概只有19萬人，可能創下近5年次低。5年來最低是2010年虎年的16萬6627人，而去年因是龍年，出生數高達22萬9481人。  

林陳立說，今年的國慶讓人開心不起來，因為台灣的生育率持續下降，許多計畫生育的夫妻，在去年龍年已產子，今年休息，也導致今年的生育率和生育數字都不會好看。
