〔記者邱明玉／台北報導〕今（10）日是雙十國慶，不但場內熱鬧，場外也擠滿抗議團體。公民1985行動聯盟上午在立法院前舉行公民旗升旗典禮，定調今年是公民覺醒元年。已故陸軍下士洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸也到場聲援。
