〔政治中心／台北報導〕法務部監聽事件調查小組公布報告，將特偵組監聽國會節費電話定調為「監聽失誤」。法務部長羅瑩雪11日表示，這份報告絕對可受公評，自己不但未介入調查，內容也一字未動，另外也沒有政治考量和預設立場，她歡迎任何人就此份報告內容進行檢視。
