〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕早晨外出能明顯感受到涼風吹拂，今(12)日天氣仍受到東北季風影響，各地都將出現陣雨，其中宜蘭、花蓮一帶要特別注意豪雨的情況；而溫度方面，北部地區稍微涼冷幾度，中南部、東部則仍有高溫32度出現的可能。此外，趁週休外出到海邊遊玩的民眾得更加注意，西南部海岸可能會有長浪，要小心留意。
