〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕受到東北季風影響，氣象局今(12)日針對東北部地區發布豪雨特報，其中宜蘭縣、花蓮縣地區要特別留意出現大豪雨情況；目前花蓮縣累積雨量最多已達近200毫米，氣象局提醒，因昨(11)日東部已有明顯累積降雨，在加上今日雨勢將持續，而行駛蘇花公路的民眾要特別留意安全。
