〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕立法院上午進行倒閣案表決，對於國民黨以黨紀防杜「跑票」，親民黨立委李桐豪上午表示，憲法第73條明文規定「立法委員在院內所為之言論及表決，對院外不負責任」，因此嚴格來說，國民黨以黨紀約束黨籍立委投票，已屬於違憲。
