（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北十九日電）國防部後備指揮部「102年青溪新文藝金環獎北部地區巡迴美展」，今天在新北市三重社教館舉行開幕儀式，由三重區區長楊義德、土城區區長邱茂泉、青溪新文藝榮譽理事長呂玉環，及後備部指揮官王世塗中將、政戰主任明邦道少將等人共同剪綵，為美展揭開序幕。
