〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕「2013年研發替代役暨就業博覽會」20日在成功大學登場，國內重要的科技產業共有45家公司參與，，提供1,333個工作機會，吸引來自雲嘉南地區大學院校碩博士生近2900人參與，為了積極爭取人才，各個企業使出渾身解數，高階長官進駐直接解答新鮮人問題，也有廠商打出美女牌，遞履歷就送紀念品。現場廠商共收到8745份履歷表，其中收受最多履歷包括聯電、瑞昱半導體、群創光電、友達電子、大立光、晶元光電等科技大廠。
