〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對檢察官協會反對立法院違憲要求檢察官到立法院備詢，並將進行檢察官連署，法務部長羅瑩雪今（21）日表示支持檢察官協會的作法，「檢察官不應該就他偵辦的案件到立法院備詢」，不過民進黨立委吳宜臻則反對這樣的說法，「所有檢察官如果涉及司法行政事項都不用到立法院，簡直是無法無天！」
