〔社會中心／台東報導〕台東縣杉原海濱美麗灣開發案，因為規避環評而引發爭議，7月份才因環評未完成，最高行政法院在上周判定停工定讞，美麗灣副總朱膺州證實，目前已開始資遣員工40名，若撤銷環評的訴訟再敗訴，不排除「退出開發聲請國賠」。
