〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕馬英九總統民意支持度跌落谷底，近來多次發生被大學生、民眾「丟鞋嗆聲」的事件，教育部長蔣偉寧今（21）日在立院答詢時表示，民主社會有表達意見自由，但要用理性方式表達，丟鞋子的行為不適合，也不妥，大家要相互尊重，理性溝通。
