〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕首部《旅遊法》10月1日起實施至今將近一月，然而，與之相對應的新版旅遊合同示範文本一直未出台。一線旅行社對此反映普遍十分尷尬與「焦慮」：舊版合同存在諸多與《旅遊法》不一致的地方，繼續沿用，有可能面臨違法；簡單刪除，又可能會有許多漏洞。
