〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕大統黑心假油事件，衛福部去年早嗅出端倪，卻束手無策，說穿了，全因檢驗技術太「掉漆」？衛福部長邱文達今（21）天坦承，去年針對國內調合油進行研究時，就已經發現大統油品疑似「混油」充數，涉嫌標示不實，卻因檢驗無法提供鐵證定罪。專家則批評，衛福部目前建立的油品資料僅20筆，難怪比對不出來。
