〔記者何沛霖／高雄報導〕衛武營捷運地下連通道工程今（22）日動土，高雄市長陳菊表示，捷運連通道啟用後，民眾未來進出衛武營都會公園及藝術文化中心可避開車流繁忙的三多路，更加安全、舒適，亦將使捷運發揮最大功效，希望中央與地方共同合作，使連通道與藝文中心興建工程圓滿順利。
