〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕板橋區國光路未具醫師資格的劉姓負責人，以命理諮詢中心為名，擅自在民宅地下室執行針灸診斷、治療等醫療業務，遭到合法中醫師檢舉涉及密醫業務。衛生局 9月27日 配合檢警前往稽查，當場查獲劉姓負責人正在為2名民眾針灸，另查扣50餘份病歷資料及未使用的針灸針16盒、藥品162罐，全案依醫師法移新北地檢署偵辦。
