〔記者李文生／台南報導〕又值黑腹燕鷗賞鳥季來臨，為維護美麗的自然美景，雲嘉南管理處將於10月25日至11月15日每日16時至18時，對北門區蘆竹溝海堤進行交通管制，限制車輛進入，請民眾將車輛停放於台61線兩旁側車道，以避免車輛堵塞影響交通。
