〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕央行在10月22日指出，近期查獲某外資涉嫌炒匯，已移請金管會依「華僑及外國人投資證券管理辦法」第11條規定處理，證交所28日證實已註銷一戶外國機構投資人登記，為史上第一件外資遭註銷登記的案子；但因涉及個資法，證交所未揭露外資名字與匯入的金額。
